WHY THE ASSOCIATION?

With the ever-increasing number of alumni and employees of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU, in short) now residing in Western Canada, there is a call for the formation of an association to promote fellowship and networking for this growing community.

Officially inaugurated on October 26, 1996, the Association has received strong support from the PolyU and especially its first and current President, Professor Poon Chung-kwong.

WHOM IS IT FOR?

If you have ever graduated, taught or worked at the PolyU or its predecessors, including the Hong Kong Polytechnic and the Hong Kong Technical College, and are now living in Western Canada, you are very welcome to join the Association.

WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES?
bulletto develop close relationship with the PolyU through supporting its goals and activities;
bulletto enhance communication and fellowship among its members;
bulletto promote better integration of its members into the Canadian community.
